Yes, we are an authorized retailer and have established, long-term relationships with all the designers we carry.

Do online prices match your in-store prices?
Yes, all prices shown on our website are the same as in our store.

How can I check if a specific dress is available in-store?
Our inventory is extensive and changes rapidly. For the most accurate, real-time availability, we recommend visiting our store where our associates can personally assist you.

How do I know what colors are available for a dress?
All available colors for a specific style are listed on its product detail page. These are the only colors in which that dress is produced.

Do you have more pictures of a dress in different colors?
We display all images provided to us directly by the manufacturer. Unfortunately, we do not always receive photos for every single color option.

Do you offer dresses in extra length?
Some designers can accommodate special orders for extra length. Please contact us directly to inquire about this possibility for a specific style.

Why is a dress I saw before no longer on the website?
If a style is discontinued by the manufacturer and is permanently out of stock, it is removed from our website.

Do you have a catalog I can browse?
We do not produce a printed catalog. However, you are welcome to print pictures from our website and bring them with you when you visit our store. Our associates will help you locate those or similar styles.

Do you rent dresses?
No, all of our dresses are available for purchase only.

Sizing, Fit, & Alterations

How do I know what size to order?
Each product detail page has a link to the specific designer’s size chart. We strongly recommend reviewing these measurements carefully. Please note that most special occasion dresses (over 90%) require some alterations for a perfect fit. We are not responsible for dresses that do not fit as size standards vary by designer. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up, as it is generally easier to take a dress in than to let it out.

What is the standard length of your long dresses?
The standard length for long gowns typically ranges from 58 to 60 inches.

Do you offer alteration services?
Alteration services are available. Appointments are required, and all alteration costs are the responsibility of the customer. Your dress must be paid in full before any alterations begin.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX), PayPal, and interest-free payment plans through Affirm, Klarna, and Afterpay.

Why was my credit card declined?

When will my card be charged?
For most payment methods, your card is only charged once we can confirm your order and provide a shipping date that is before your need date.

How will I know the status of my order?
After placing your order, you will receive a processing confirmation. Once your order is finalized, you will receive another email with an estimated ship date. You can also check your order status at any time by logging into your account on our website.

What if the dress I order is out of stock?
If a dress is unavailable from our warehouse or the designer, we will notify you promptly. You will have the option to choose a similar style or cancel your order at no charge.

Why are some dresses still listed if they might not arrive by my date?
Wear dates vary widely for our customers. Some order dresses over a year in advance. We keep styles listed as long as there is a possibility of fulfillment within a reasonable timeframe. If a dress is permanently discontinued, it will be marked as such on its page.

My order status says “shipped,” but I don’t have a tracking number.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. If your status shows shipped but you haven’t received tracking information, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
